Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring our own professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, just tell us and we’ll use yours.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a key, lockbox or door code. We lock up and send you a message when we finish.
How do I pay?
After the service, by card, Zelle, cash or check. Recurring and vacation-rental clients can be invoiced.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem, just let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment by call or WhatsApp.
What about pets?
We love pets! Just let us know beforehand if you have any, and if they should stay in a specific room.
Can you use a key or lockbox?
Yes. We handle keys, lockboxes and smart-lock codes with care and keep your access information private. Ideal for vacation rentals.
How much does a cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the home, the type of cleaning and how often. Send us the quote form or a WhatsApp and we'll give you a clear, free price, with no surprises.
